Where I’ve Traveled Gluten Free

In the years since my diagnosis, I’ve been able to travel to a number of places both “easy” and a bit “harder” for gluten free eating. I’ve certainly learned a lot from the first trip (quite literally around the world) to today, improved how I go about gauging GF options and even in what I consider safe for me or not. This page lists out where I’ve been as a shortcut to my guides and explanations of a few places I’ve made it to but don’t feel like I got enough experience on to cover.

For more on how I rate cities & airports, see my rating guide.
