I am a world traveler, a road trip driver, a mountain climber,… a guy who just can’t sit still very long. And obviously, I have Celiac.

Having to go strictly Gluten Free a few years ago certainly changed my adventures but I promised myself it would never stop them.

After making it around the world with the help of many other GF sites and apps, I decided to start this site to share my experiences.
